 Switch to Desktop mode
Open the Discover program and search for "Strawberry," then install it.

Use Flatseal to change permissions and allow Strawberry to access files on your system.

Go to Tools > Settings > Collection, click "Add new folder...", and add your music folder. I used FTP to transfer mine to the Steam Deck.

Search for Strawberry in the search bar, right-click, and select "Add to Steam."

 Install Decky loader
Press the 3 Dots button, scroll down to the plugins icon, then select the store button.

Search for "MusicControl" and install it.

Go to Non-Steam games in your library, find Strawberry, and click Play. I'm using this artwork.
Add music to your playlist by right-clicking on an album or song and selecting "Append to current playlist." Hold the Steam button while using the triggers and trackpads to use the mouse.
Press the Steam button, go to your library and start a game. Press the 3 Dots button and go to the MusicControl plugin to skip songs, pause/play, and change the volume.
